The AWE market consists of millions of niches.  Each has a unique set of facts and factors. This requires both supplier and purchaser to focus on very narrow   value propositions. As a demonstration we are starting with value propositions for valves in hydrogen applications. There are various sub niches in production, transport, form, and use. There are a dozen types of valves which can be isolation or control.; The market is less than $ 1 billion now but is growing at double digit rates. It is comprised of 1000 sub niches.  But like Lego pieces they can be combined in many value propositions.  The challenge is to identify those with high.

EBITDA for the supplier and lowest cost of ownership for the purchaser.
