There is an option to use activated carbon, non carbon sorbents, fuel treatment and scrubbers, and back end membrane modules to remove mercury. Mercury re-emission is another issue. Measurement with sorbent traps and CEMS reveals discrepancies in particulate mercury measurement. All the issues will be reviewed.
